Invitational

An invitational tournament will be hosted at the end of each season in place of the normal Sunday Challenge. Each season consists of 9 weeks of events and a break week. The invitational consists of a double elim group stage and a single elim top 8 stage. The winners of the 9 Sunday Challenge events will qualify for that season’s Invitational and the top 7 players by point total will qualify to play in the invitational. If a player declines their invite, the next highest point total player will be invited. Invitationals have no entry cost, but a player must be invited in order to play. Ties are broken match results through the current season. Prizes will be determined by our Matcherino page.

Prizes are as follows.

  • 1st place - invite to Players’ Championship, 40% of prize pool

  • 2nd place - invite to Players’ Championship, 30% of prize pool

  • 3rd/4th place - 10 League Points, 15% of prize pool

  • 5th-8th place - 5 points

Note Season One only awarded invite to first place.

Players’ Championship

At the end of the year we will host a Players’ Championship event with the top performing players in the past year. The Players’ Championship will be held in December. Invites are awarded to the 8 invitational finalists and the top 2 highest point earners from each season. More details will be announced closer to the event.

Note Season One invited the invitational winner and the top 3 highest point earners from that season.
